Master bedroom £458, U$625 for single occupancy, a couple £558, U$725.
Double Bedroom £358, U$525 for single occupancy, a couple £458, U$625.
When making a booking, a deposit of £50, U$68 is required to secure the apartment, full payment must be paid 9 days prior to arrival date, if full payment is not received, a cancellation notice will be issued and all monies and deposits will be forfeited however, if making a deposit well in advance, a cooling off period of 19 days for customers to decide whether or not to go ahead with the booking and should not overlap into 9 days prior to arrival date. If customers decide not to go ahead with the booking and informs us 9 days prior to arrival date, all deposits paid will be returned less charges, an email address is required in order to issue receipts.

A property deposit charge or (PDC) is applicable when securing the apartment for damages to property, furnishings, fixtures and fittings of £100, U$135 for the ground floor and £150, U$200 for the first floor payable when arriving at the property and returnable when vacating after inspection of the property.
Upon arriving at the property all customers will be required to fill in a staycation form with your full name, foreign address, tell.no, next of kin name and tel.no.
Airport transfers fees, pick up from and to airport £60, U$82.
Car hire with driver provided £50, U$68 per day from 10 am to 3 am.
